Desynchronized Devices inside Sheets

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find a method to restore / rebuild / reorganize a project that has some sheets with devices that are desynchronized from the equipment folder.
I will try to better explain this problem:
I imported a project from a previous backup (exp file)
When I open some sheets, inside these sheets I find some devices "detached" from the equipment folder.
If I want to navigate from the device to the equipment folder from the "NAVIGATE" option in the shortcut menu, nothing is available from this menu.
The same happens if I go to the device folder, select the device I want to open using the primary representation, EB opens the sheet but does not select the device.

If I do the same from a "synchronized" device, from Visio and from the device folder, everything works correctly.

So, my question is this: is there a tool to reconstruct / recover / reorganize an EB project? Or is there a VBA method that I can use to do this job?
