Hi, I am getting Visio related error while accessing Ebase software. Later, I uninstalled it.
Again at the time of installing it, I am getting special error as " Visio Not Found" The installation of Microsoft Visio Failed with error code '1'. Later the installation is incomplete because of this error.
Pls correct me if I am wrong : As far as I know, Visio is a module of Ebase package and we need not install it externally.
This Visio error is happening with both EB6.7.1 and EB2019. I am using EB_DownloadFull_6.7.1.153_2057 & EB_DownloadUpg_6.8.2.47_2057 to install the EBase versions.
Pls help. Its quite urgent because I am client site and stuck with this
