ReplaceBy function does not work in EB2019 R2

Hi,

after the update to EB 2019 R2 the function ObjectItem.ReplaceBy(ObjectItem obj) throws always an exception "Fehler beim Ersetzen des Gerätes".

The function works great before the update. The objects that should replace are from the same kind and type.

I couldn't find anything about that function in the changelog and the api documentation doesn't give much information about the exception or the use of the function.
