Disable Update references to last version EB automaticity

When I open a solution with Visual studio 2017 pro,
VS update automaticity all references to EB with the last version installed in my computer.
After I need to correct manually because I want work with a specific version of EB.

With VS 2013 I have no problem.

Could you explain me how disable this function?
