Copy all shapes on a sheet to a new sheet with C#

I'll try to develop some kind of performance test for EB. In the past we had reports from our users about bad copy/paste performance. Therefore i wan't to implement this into the test.
The following steps should be simulated:
- open a defined sheet(thats the easy part)
- Select all shapes on the sheet(like pressing ctrl-a in Visio)
- Copy to clipboard (like ctrl c in visio)
- create a new sheet
- paste the shapes

I know this should be possible with SheetBops, but I can't find a useful example on how to use them.
