VBA Tree Control bug?

When I use VBA Tree Control (AucTreeCtrl version 22.0) the property CheckedItems return
wrong number of checked items!

CheckedItems only return "visible" checked items, not "collapsed" but still checked ones.!

Is there a solution to this or is it a bug?
