Automatic Indexing

Hi guys! I am presently trying to create an automatic indexing for my documentation (in Ebase). I have replicated my word documents in Visio sheets through Ebase ( basically to exploit the attributes). So i created a drawing, under which there are number of sheets which act as pages of my document. Everything works fine, but the only problem is I have to create an index each time manually.

I would like to know of any solution available by which I can get an automatic indexing ( similar to that of word)
