Extended runtime environment

Hi,
I tried to make a small plugin which will use macro settings functionality as explained here. I can compile and insert appropriate plugin.

When I start such plugin I got the following response:
The plug-in needs the extended runtime environment. Enable the option in the properties os Assembly object. If you do not have appropriate licence, contact a support representative.

Which option?
Which license?
