Get all "Flow Streams" associated to Processes in a worksheet.

Hello.

There is probably someone out there who is a bit smarter than me regarding this..

I have like 9 objects of "flow stream", they are associated with 3 different porcesses... Namely "Three streams to one process".
I like to open a worksheet somewhere where i can see the processes and a sum of all "streams" that has a relation to the processes.

My brain feels small right now, so I hope some kind soul can help me think
