unable to connect Visual studio 2019 with EB 2023

Hi Team,
earlier i was able to connect visual studio with VB, I am unable to connect EB 2023 with VS 2019. its showing in output window like "Contacting Engineering Base 7.2.0..." but not connecting.

when i try to start visual studio application that time even if EB is opened also its showing message like mentioned in attached screenshot.
