Error on a custom vba assistant sine the EB 2022 migration

We develop a custom assistant some years ago and now, since the migration to EB 2022, a user have an error when trying to use it. Here the sample of the log file:

We already try to uninstall and reinstall EB without success.
If we debug the code, we found that the error seems to be linked to ocxgrid component used: see picture in attachment.
We also had an error on the Windows event viewer:
