How to start with EBML on C#/.Net?

Are there tutorials, code samples and guides on how to create projects from XML files with EBML in order to pass data to (and from) EB?
I'd like to import data from a DDBB, pass It to EBML format and the operate over it on Engineering Base to check its performance.
I'm not able to find any. Only the Classes EBMLExport... for C#.

Any info would be appreciated!
