Hi,
We have observed the locking of document object (error eg : File is used by another program) and it is not allowing to update file (AID 157) from web service.
Below are the steps we are doing.
Step 1: Running assistant "Open with GIPSUI" on document object. This assistant will save a copy of selected document in user temp directory and open up this document in our internal GIPSUI program.
Step 2: After doing some changes in document and on save GIPSUI will save the same document using web service.
Sometime it update the document successfully and sometime it is not saving the file (not able to update the attribute 157).
I do not know if I was able to explain the issue correctly. Let me know if you understood the issue and for questions.
