Error Massage "Your name already exists in the library."

I installed EB on my new laptop and ran Visual Basic Editor.
Only one Assistant has encountered such an error message.
(The word in Korean means, "Your name already exists in the library.";)
It does not occur in other Assistants, but only in specific Assistants.
Is there a way to run the Editor?
