Getting started with VS2019 and C# installation

Hello,

i'm trying to start converting my VBA macros to c#. I started installing visual studio 2019 (community) and installing eb tools downloaded from documentation. It installed fine without errors, but i can't find the template creating a new projects... am i missing something? someone could help me?
