We have defined equipment structure as attached

By using formula Attribute we are getting the required values of attributes of child in one of the attributes of the Terminal Block TB001 in a Single attribute as below,
LT10001A/LT10001B/LT10001C/PT10001A/PT10001B/T1/T1/T1/T1/T1/T1/T2/T2/T2/T2/T2/T2/T3/T3/T3/T3/T3/T3/T3

However we want these to be in individual attributes for e.g. LT10001A in one attribute, LT10001B in second attribute etc.

Kindly let us knowhow this can be achieved
